Job summary

RPM Living is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to handle general maintenance and ensure cleanliness of interior and exterior common areas. You will perform custodial duties, grounds work, and make-ready preparation while maintaining safety standards and regulatory compliance.

The role requires basic pool care knowledge, ability to operate power tools, and a proactive approach to completing tasks within 24–48 hours. RPM offers comprehensive benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of maintenance or related experience.
• General knowledge in skilled trades including construction, repair, drywall, and carpentry.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular custodial duties around the property and maintain common areas.
• Complete grounds work including trash removal, power washing, and debris removal.
• Thoroughly clean breezeways and wipe doors/handrails.
• Assists in pool maintenance and understands basic pool care.
• Complete work orders and maintenance tasks within 24-48 hours.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety policies.
