Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle general maintenance and keep common areas clean both inside and outside. Responsibilities include custodial tasks, grounds work, and basic repairs to preserve the property’s aesthetics and safety.

The role requires familiarity with maintenance trades and the ability to work with power washers, floor scrubbers, and related tools, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of maintenance or related field experience preferred.
• General knowledge in skilled trades including construction/repair/maintenance, drywall, basic carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial duties and maintain common areas (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal).
• Complete grounds work as directed (cleanup, power washing, debris removal, parking area).
• Clean breezeways, trim vegetation, monitor irrigation, and make-ready vacant units.
