Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations at its community properties. You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to perform corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks, and assist with make-readies.

Responsibilities include responding to resident requests, maintaining safety logs, inspecting facilities, and participating in on-call emergencies while ensuring compliance with safety standards and policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on community common areas and units.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain preventive maintenance program and safety logs.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify hazards.
• Assist in make-ready processes and on-call emergencies.

Education
