Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of our community properties. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision.

Daily tasks include responding to service requests, performing pool maintenance, inspections, and make-ready duties; you will work with the Maintenance Supervisor to meet safety standards and occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist with daily maintenance of the community, including cosmetic upkeep and preventative tasks.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other features daily to identify hazards and take corrective action.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and logging of chemical records.
• Maintain inventory and ensure safety standards per OSHA guidelines.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community and support the Maintenance Supervisor as needed.
