Job summary

Asset Living in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, routine, and cosmetic maintenance across the community under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

You will respond to resident requests, assist in make-readies, manage inventory, and maintain logs while upholding safety and OSHA standards. This is a full-time role with benefits and growth opportunities within a fast-growing property management firm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic on-site software proficiency and computer skills.
• Fair Housing Laws and OSHA knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on common areas and units.
• Assist with make-ready and turnover processes.
• Respond to maintenance requests and on-call emergencies.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA compliance.
• Inspect facilities and document maintenance logs.
• Assist with inventory and supply management.
