Job summary

Asset Living in Aurora, CO seeks a Maintenance Technician to carry out the maintenance of the property, including corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

You will perform make-ready work, respond to resident requests, maintain logs, and support safety programs while ensuring OSHA guidelines and policy adherence across all areas of the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks on community buildings and units.
• Respond to work orders promptly and log service requests.
• Maintain preventative maintenance and make-readies.
• Assist with pool maintenance and chemical logs.
• Ensure safety compliance and OSHA guidelines.
• On-call emergencies and respond as required.
