Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across our community properties in Thornton, Colorado. The role covers corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Responsibilities include resident request handling, preventative maintenance, and on-call emergency support, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and quality workmanship in a fast-growing portfolio.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain accurate logs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend life of the community.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with inventory and safety programs.
• Support on-call emergencies and general upkeep of the property.
