Job summary

Asset Living in Colorado is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance, including corrective, preventative, and cosmetic tasks, under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

You will handle make-ready, pool upkeep, grounds, safety compliance, on-call emergencies, and maintain records, while delivering reliable resident service and adhering to OSHA and Fair Housing rules. Strong communication with residents and management is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with on-site maintenance software preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform maintenance and cosmetic repairs in common areas and units.
• Assist with make-ready process and turnover events.
• Maintain preventative maintenance and safety logs.
• Assist with inventory and ordering of parts and supplies.
• Participate in on-call emergency duties at the community.
