Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance across our communities under supervision. Regular on-site presence and strong teamwork are essential to keep buildings safe and welcoming.

You will assist with make-ready, coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, and maintain records, safety logs, and basic chemical logs. A High School Diploma and OSHA basics are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills to operate on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist with the scheduling and performance of maintenance/repair tasks.
• Maintain preventative maintenance records and safety logs.
• Perform make-ready tasks and prepare units for occupancy.
• Maintain a clean, organized maintenance shop and comply with OSHA guidelines.
