Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician 3 for The Morgan at Chapel Hill in Chapel Hill, NC. You will perform technical maintenance across buildings, grounds, and common areas to meet Greystar standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

The role involves completing work orders, performing preventative maintenance, and supporting make-ready tasks for new move-ins, while adhering to safety guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant recycling certifications are required.
• State and local jurisdiction certifications may be required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance per safety standards.
• Executes make-ready processes for vacant homes, including inspections, punch lists, and coordinating vendors.
• Tracks inventory, returns unused items, and notifies supervisor for re-orders.

Education

EPA Type 1 & II or Universal refrigerant recycling

State and Local certifications as required

Valid driver’s license
