Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC seeks a maintenance technician for our Greenville, NC community. You will manage resident service requests, diagnose issues, perform repairs, and oversee the make-ready process to prepare homes for leasing while ensuring cleanliness, safety, and adherence to Greystar standards.

The role requires inspecting work, coordinating with vendors, maintaining parts inventory, and supporting cost-control efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience with residential property maintenance and repairs.
• Ability to diagnose issues, prioritize work, and follow safety procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages work orders from resident requests and performs repairs according to policies and safety standards.
• Oversees and completes the “make-ready” process for vacant units including inspections and scheduling.
• Develops and maintains cleanliness and appearance standards for grounds, buildings, and common areas.
• Inspects work by team members and contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintains inventory of maintenance parts and coordinates with the Community Manager on supplies.
• Performs routine monthly preventive maintenance per policy.
