Responsibilities include supporting cost control by repairing rather than replacing parts, performing inspections, and coordinating with management to ensure high-quality, safe living environments for residents.

Qualifikationen

• Maintenance work on buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas to meet safety and quality standards.
• Ability to diagnose defects and perform repairs per policies and codes.
• Follow procedures to access materials, track inventory and reorder supplies as needed.

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Perform make-ready tasks for vacant units and manage punch lists.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, assist with cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost-saving measures by repairing rather than replacing parts.
• Assist in inspections and notify management of safety concerns.
