Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring buildings meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. Location is Charlotte, NC with a Monday–Friday schedule and rotating on-call shifts.

The role involves handling work orders, preventative maintenance, and making-ready units for leasing. Applicants will diagnose defects, complete required paperwork, and assist in groundskeeping and cost-control efforts.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certifications are required.
• Valid driver’s license is required to operate a golf cart on property where applicable.
• All state and local jurisdiction certifications must be maintained.

Responsabilités

• Complete assigned work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose defects, perform repairs per safety standards and code requirements.
• Complete make-ready process for vacants, inspect, schedule vendors, and finalize tasks.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities, including cleaning and painting as needed.
• Assist in cost-control by repairing parts rather than replacing when feasible.
