Job summary

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• State/local certifications as required for all service technicians.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and performing repairs per policies and codes.
• Completes make-ready process to prepare vacant homes for leasing, including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Follows procedures to obtain materials, track inventory, and notify the maintenance supervisor on re-orders.
• Documents and files service requests timely and accurately for records and tracking.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning, painting, and debris removal as needed.
• Supports cost-control by fixing components instead of replacing parts when possible and using tools properly.
