Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cosmetic repairs in community buildings and units.
• Respond to requests and work orders promptly to maintain resident satisfaction.
• Maintain preventative maintenance and daily housekeeping of the maintenance shop.
• Assist with make-ready processes and safety compliance per OSHA guidelines.
• Support on-call emergency coverage and respond to incidents as needed.
