Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across multifamily communities. The role covers corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance, under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Responsibilities include on-site attendance, handling work orders, make-ready tasks, safety compliance, and daily shop upkeep. A strong emphasis on resident relations and documentation is essential.

Qualifications

• On-site software skills and basic computer knowledge required.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform preventive, routine, cosmetic, and emergency maintenance tasks.
• Assist with make-ready inspections and turnover.
• Maintain safety standards and document logs.
• Keep maintenance shop organized and stocked.
• Support on-call emergency coverage and safety compliance.
• Support supervisor with inventory tracking and recordkeeping.
• Assist with general upkeep of common areas and offices.
