Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Ladson, SC to support maintenance across the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks. Under supervision, you will help with make-ready processes and ensure safety and compliance.

Responsibilities include responding to resident requests, maintaining pools and logs, inspecting grounds daily, and assisting with inventory and safety programs. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform community maintenance and routine upkeep.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain swimming pool and chemical logs; perform pool maintenance.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and common areas daily for safety and upkeep.
• Assist with make-ready and inspections; support maintenance supervisor.
