Job summary

Asset Living in Summerville, SC, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance, repairs, and make-ready activities across the community. You will perform preventive and corrective tasks, respond to requests, inspect grounds, and participate in on-call emergencies.

The ideal candidate holds a High School Diploma (or equivalent), has basic computer skills, and understands Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community areas and units.
• Perform maintenance, repairs, and make-ready activities in common areas and units.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify hazards and needed repairs.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs to extend asset life.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.
