Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a diligent Make Ready specialist to support maintenance operations across multifamily communities. You will assist in corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance, ensuring units are ready for new residents and compliant with property standards.

You will also support daily cleaning of exteriors, perform pool maintenance, and contribute to a safe, organized shop while following OSHA guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills are required for on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in making make-ready units to meet property standards before new residents move in.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain a clean and safe maintenance shop and follow OSHA guidelines.
• Perform property grounds and common area upkeep and preventive maintenance.
• Inspect units and common areas daily for safety and compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests and maintenance activities.
