Pratum Co. is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to lead an on-site maintenance team and oversee repairs, make-readies, and building system upkeep at our DC-area properties.

You will develop scopes of work, supervise a 2–3 person crew, and coordinate with vendors while controlling costs and ensuring compliance with housing rules. Strong plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry skills are needed.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of residential maintenance experience.
• Strong plumbing, drywall, and painting skills.
• Experience supervising a team is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry.
• Experience with pool service and landscaping preferred.
• Knowledge of building systems and preventative maintenance.
• Proficient with maintenance software and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Direct supervision and support for the maintenance team (2–3) daily.
• Manage make-ready process for move-ins in a timely fashion.
• Initiate and oversee maintenance projects to improve curb appeal and system performance.
• Develop scopes of work and bid with qualified contractors.
• Control expenses and assist with budgeting and vendor pricing.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with housing rules and safety standards.
