Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage day-to-day maintenance operations, staff, and vendor coordination at a family of multifamily communities. You will ensure timely repairs, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance while supporting the Community Manager.

The ideal candidate brings HVAC knowledge, EPA/CPO certifications, and strong safety awareness, with the ability to lead a small onsite team and respond to emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge desired.
• Must have basic computer skills for on-site software tasks.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and staff to ensure quality work.
• Coordinate and respond to service requests and work orders.
• Maintain safety compliance with OSHA standards and promote safe practices.
• Manage inventory and maintenance budget under Community Manager guidance.
• Participate in on-call emergency coverage and ensure responsiveness.
