Pratum Companies is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to manage on-site maintenance staff and oversee repairs for the property. The role includes coordinating make-ready work for move-ins, supervising a small team, and ensuring adherence to housing rules and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in residential maintenance, strong plumbing/electrical/HVAC skills, and a track record of effective vendor relationships. Competitive salary and full benefits are offered.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of residential maintenance experience.
• Strong plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry knowledge.
• Previous experience supervising a team is preferred.
• Proficient using maintenance related programs, Microsoft Word, Excel, email and web searches.

Responsabilidades

• Manage maintenance staff and repairs to upkeep the property.
• Oversee make-ready process for move-ins in a timely fashion.
• Initiate and oversee maintenance projects to improve curb appeal and system efficiency.
• Develop scopes of work and bid by qualified contractors.
