Job summary

Pratum Companies seeks a Part-Time Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team at our Alexandria, VA property. You will manage repairs, oversee make-ready processes, and coordinate with vendors to maintain high curb appeal and reliable building systems.

The role requires at least 3 years in residential property management, strong plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry knowledge, and excellent communication. On-call evenings/weekends may be needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in residential property management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of residential building systems: boilers, chillers, cooling towers, air handlers, roof fans.
• Excellent communication and writing skills; professional attitude and high quality results.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site maintenance team; supervise repairs and upkeep.
• Manage make-ready process for timely move-ins.
• Initiate and oversee maintenance projects to improve curb appeal and systems.
• Develop scopes of work and bid with qualified contractors.
• Manage expenses to align with owner goals and budget.
