Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Albuquerque community to lead maintenance operations, manage staff and vendors, and ensure safety and quality in all repairs. You will handle work orders, preventative maintenance, inspections, inventory, on-call emergencies, and customer/resident relations, while coordinating with the Community Manager.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA, and willingness to work

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and staff supervision.
