Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the property's maintenance operations, supervise staff, and coordinate with the Community Manager to ensure high-quality service and safety. The role requires hands-on management, daily onsite presence, and effective vendor coordination, while upholding Fair Housing and OSHA standards.

Excellent communication with residents and proactive planning are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and staff coordination.
• Schedule and respond to resident work orders.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA compliance.
• Manage inventory and vendor bids.
• Inspect grounds and property for hazards.
• Provide customer service to residents.
• Participate in on-call emergencies.
