Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance team, handle work orders, and ensure the property's safety and appearance. This role requires hands-on technical skills and strong leadership to manage daily tasks and safety compliance.

The position entails coordinating with vendors, managing budgets, and performing preventive maintenance while maintaining excellent resident and staff relations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; OSHA standards knowledge.
• Technical degree preferred for advanced maintenance tasks.
• 1–3 years supervisor experience overseeing maintenance teams.
• 2–3 years apartment maintenance experience or equivalent.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certifications and CPO/ Spa Operator certificates.

Responsibilities

• Oversees maintenance team and evaluates performance; hires and trains staff.
• Reviews work orders from residents; diagnoses issues and performs repairs.
• Inspects contractor work to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Maintains inventory and coordinates with Community Manager on budget.
• Leads monthly safety meetings and enforces company safety policies.
