Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team across our multifamily communities. You will ensure buildings, grounds, and amenities are safe, clean, and functional, handling Make Ready processes and routine upkeep.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience, a High School Diploma or GED, EPA certificates, and proficiency in Entrata, Yardi or OneSite. Weekend availability and a flexible schedule are expected.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; a technical degree is preferred.
• OSHA standards and MSDS knowledge is expected.
• 1–3 years supervisory or apartment maintenance experience.
• Strong communication and delivery skills with customers and teams.
• Proficiency with property management software such as Entrata/Yardi/OneSite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance team and manage staff performance.
• Handle Make Ready processes and site upkeep per policy.
• Respond to work orders and diagnose defects for repairs.
• Inspect work by others and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Manage parts inventory and assist budgeting for maintenance costs.
