Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at the community, coordinating staff and vendors, handling service requests, and ensuring safety standards.

You will work with the Community Manager to supervise maintenance activities, manage schedules, and maintain records while participating in on-call emergencies to keep the property running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance operations and service requests.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards.
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendors to ensure quality work.
• Maintain records regarding service requests, make-ready status, and work in progress.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA compliance.
