Job summary

Asset Living, Diamond Park Townhomes in Cave Springs, AR, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations, staff, and vendor coordination. The role ensures safety, repairs, and preventative programs across the property, delivering reliable service to residents.

The position requires EPA & CPO certification, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA rules. On-call rotation and physical requirements are part of the job, with strong leadership expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders
• Ensure all repairs and replacements necessary for community common areas and units
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily
• Manage and order maintenance supplies inventory while adhering to budget guidelines
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend life of the community
• Maintain a well-organized maintenance shop, adhere to safety standards
• Participate in unit inspections and on-call emergencies
• Plan for and utilize property resources, equipment, and supplies economically
• Lead maintenance staff under Community Manager supervision
• Provide input on employee performance evaluations
