Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations at the Diamond Park Townhomes community. You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate service requests, schedule preventive work, and ensure safety and compliance standards are met.

You will partner with the Community Manager to manage vendors, control inventory within budget, and maintain documentation of service requests and inspections.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Must understand on-site software functions; basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance management and staff scheduling.
• Coordinate resident work orders and preventive maintenance.
• Inspect property grounds and units for hazards.
• Maintain inventory and manage supplies within budget.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
• Ensure safety compliance and OSHA guidelines.
