Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at our community, including service requests, preventative maintenance, safety compliance, and staff management. You will work with the Community Manager to supervise staff and vendors to ensure timely repairs and a high standard of property upkeep.

You will lead preventative maintenance programs, manage inventory, and ensure OSHA and EPA standards are followed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and service requests.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with vendors.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and facilities daily for hazards and repairs.
• Maintain inventory and budget guidelines for maintenance supplies.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
