Job summary

You will manage Make Ready, inventory, and budgeting with an emphasis on cost control and efficiency. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of supervisor experience in multifamily maintenance, strong communication skills, and proficiency in property management software such as Entrata,

Qualifications

• Education prerequisite is a high school diploma or GED.
• OSHA knowledge and MSDS regulations are preferred.
• Technical degree is favorable for advancement within maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance team and evaluate performance.
• Oversee Make Ready process from start to finish per policy.
• Respond to work orders and perform repairs as needed.
• Inspect work for quality, safety and policy compliance.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate with budget limits.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure regulatory compliance.
