Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at Meadow Creek, coordinating staff and external vendors to ensure safe, well‑maintained properties. You will manage service requests, schedule preventative maintenance, and enforce safety standards alongside the Community Manager.

Ideal candidates have EPA and CPO certifications, HVAC knowledge, and experience with on-site software.

Qualifications

• EPA & CPO certifications are required; HVAC knowledge is desirable.
• Ability to use on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations for the community and supervise assigned staff.
• Coordinate and respond to resident and management work orders.
• Inspect and maintain common areas and units to ensure safety and quality.
• Plan and manage inventory of maintenance supplies within budget.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs and proper record-keeping.
• Participate in on-call emergency coverage and vendor coordination.
