Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to support maintenance operations at a multi-family community. The role covers routine and preventive tasks, grounds care, and resident request response, under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma, basic on-site software proficiency, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA. On-site attendance and occasional on-call duties are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Regular on-site attendance is required.
• Perform maintenance, cleaning, and general upkeep of grounds, buildings, breezeways, and common areas.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain safety standards and adhere to OSHA guidelines.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager in daily tasks and emergencies.
