Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior image and overall upkeep of the property.
• Inspect property each morning and pick up trash around grounds.
• Replace lightbulbs in common areas and breezeways as needed.
• Assist with apartment make-readies (trash vacant units, caulk, check appliances).
• Clean pool area and common spaces; perform light maintenance as directed.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor or Technician as requested.
