Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Porter to support on-site maintenance and upkeep. The position involves a range of tasks to maintain the exterior and common areas of our properties, with duties including light maintenance, cleaning, and assisting with apartment make-readies.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to multitask and stay organized. A valid driver’s license may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• Able to be on-call for after-hours emergencies.
• This role MAY require a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the exterior image and overall upkeep of the property.
• Perform duties such as lifting 80-100 lbs regularly, cleaning common areas, mail rooms, and trash pickup.
• Replace lightbulbs in common areas and breezeways; replace window screens as needed.
• Assist with apartment make-readies, inspect units, and check appliances and smoke detectors.
• Clean air conditioning vents and replace filters in vacant apartments.
• Install, move, and hook up appliances; replace air filters.
• Clean pool area and keep it orderly.
• Light painting duties and clean vacant apartments between residents.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor or Technician as requested.
