Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Porter to join the on-site management team. The role focuses on maintaining the exterior image, assisting with maintenance tasks, and supporting the property staff.

The position requires at least 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to multitask and stay organized. A valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior image of the property and grounds.
• Inspect property each morning and pick up trash littering the grounds.
• Keep mail rooms clean and replace dated notices.
• Replace lightbulbs in common areas and breezeways as needed.
• Assist with apartment make-readies, caulk, check appliances and smoke detectors.
• Clean air conditioning vents and replace filters in vacant apartments.
• Install, move and hook up appliances.
• Replace air filters in occupied apartments.
• Clean pool area and straighten chairs.
• Perform light painting duties as directed.
• Clean vacant apartments between residents.
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Technician as requested.
