Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
• Able to be on-call for responding to after-hours emergencies.
• This role may require a valid driver''s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior image and on-site upkeep of property.
• Inspect property each morning and keep grounds clean.
• Replace lightbulbs in common areas and breezeways as needed.
• Assist with apartment make-readies and spot maintenance tasks.
• Clean air conditioning vents and replace filters in vacant apartments.
• Install and move appliances as needed.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor or Technician as requested.
