Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Community maintenance and groundskeeping duties daily.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain a neat maintenance shop and follow safety standards.
• Assist in preventative maintenance per property objectives.
• Support on-call emergency coverage at the community.
• Project a positive image and enforce community policies.
