Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at one of its communities in Midland, Texas. The role requires coordinating service requests, supervising staff and vendors, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across daily activities.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA rules. This is a full-time on-site position with a focus on reliability and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and service requests daily.

• Inspect grounds and amenities to identify hazards and repairs.
• Respond to resident/management requests and maintain records.
• Coordinate make-ready tasks and ensure quality and timeliness.
