The Northwest Real Estate Capital Corp. is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to join the on-site team.

You will handle grounds cleanup, preventative maintenance, repairs, and apartment turnovers while upholding high cleanliness and safety standards. As part of the maintenance crew, you will perform tasks in painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC as needed, respond to emergencies, and document all work orders using the Yardi system.

Qualifikationen

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent with technical training in a building trade.
• Minimum 2 years of skilled maintenance experience.
• Proficiency with basic carpentry, painting, plumbing or electrical repairs.
• Ability to operate maintenance software and document work orders.

Aufgaben

• Completes work orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Performs repairs on the property, including painting, carpentry or wall repair, and minor plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, heating, etc.
• Maintains exterior common areas and grounds, including lawns and flowerbeds, shrubbery, parking areas, and trash pickup.
• Provides on-call maintenance service and responds to emergencies as instructed.
• Utilizes Yardi maintenance/work order system to record all maintenance work.
• Performs triannual unit inspections with Property Manager.
• Complete assigned training in a timely manner.
• Advises the Property Manager on the overall condition of the property.
