Northwest Real Estate Capital Corp. is seeking a Groundskeeper / Housekeeper to join the on-site team. This temp, part-time role involves janitorial tasks, apartment turnovers, and maintaining a hazard-free environment across public and common areas.

The position supports the Property Manager and may require occasional travel between properties for supplies and training, with duties including groundskeeping, light repairs, and daily cleaning across interiors and exteriors.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 2 years of grounds keeping, custodial, janitorial, and/or housekeeping preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license; ability to travel between properties for training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property cleanliness and upkeep of public and common areas.
• Assist maintenance with basic repairs, groundskeeping, and housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Clean all common areas daily; dispose of garbage properly.
• Perform unit turns and prepare vacant units for painting as needed.
• Follow OSHA and safety procedures; keep equipment clean and maintained.
