TRG Management Company, LLLP is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine upkeep across apartments and common areas, and to prepare units for new residents. You will assist with grounds, cleaning, and basic repairs on-site at properties.

The role supports preventative maintenance schedules and daily operations, requiring good communication and reliable attendance to ensure property standards are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance in apartments, common areas, and amenity areas.
• Prepare vacant units for new move-ins.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and assist in cleaning and grounds duties.
• Repair and maintain plumbing and electrical systems; replace worn parts.
