Ricoh USA, Inc. is seeking an on-site services specialist to operate duplicating and scanning equipment, manage mail processing, and support on-site office functions at client locations. The role includes basic maintenance, inventory logging, and facilitating service calls with customers.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic MS Office skills, and the ability to travel between client sites if required. This is a full-time on-site position in Troy, AL.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Some related copy job experience is preferred.
• May require a valid driver's license and minimum auto insurance.
• Demonstrated competency in basic computer skills including MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Operate MS Office and Email systems.
• Perform basic scanning responsibilities.
• Ensure copiers are working properly and report issues.
• Maintain records for management reports and inventories.
• Distribute office supplies and mail to designated drop-off points.
• Travel between customer's buildings if needed.
• Respond to and coordinate service calls.
