Ricoh USA, Inc. seeks a Senior On-Site Service Specialist to operate and troubleshoot high-volume copiers, perform binding, and manage mailroom duties at customer sites in Warren, MI. The role includes occasional reception duties, reporting, and coordinating service calls to ensure seamless operations.

Must have a high school diploma/ GED with 1-2 years related experience and basic MS Office skills. Valid driver’s license may be required; travel between buildings is possible.

• Some copy job experience is preferred.
• Ability to use MS Office and basic computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Runs high volume/production copy machines and performs binding and finishing work.
• Ensures copiers are functioning, checks quality, clears jams, reports issues.
• Performs basic equipment troubleshooting and escalates to technicians.
• Sets up equipment for customer needs and handles scanning/imaging tasks.
• Delivers completed jobs to customer locations and maintains service logs.
