Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
• Prepare, process, and dispatch outgoing mail using postage and shipping systems.
• Track and log packages with internal tracking software.
• Coordinate shipments with carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS.
• Maintain accurate mailroom records and inventory of supplies.
• Operate mail processing equipment including postage meters, scanners, and inserters.
• Provide customer service to employees and visitors on mail and shipping inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, security procedures, and shipping regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
