• Deliver inbound USPS, express mail, and packages to all departments.
• Collect and deliver internal correspondence, documents, and orders accurately.
• Use internal tracking to document chain of custody for inbound items.
• Time stamp and organize inbound mail for distribution.
• Identify employee locations for deliveries and route mail efficiently.
• Research rerouting options and communicate with business units.
• Retrieve and transport outbound mail from drop-off locations to the Mail Center.
• Process time-sensitive mailings and projects with care.
• Assist employees with mail inquiries and supplies.
