Job summary

Scientific Games is seeking a Field Service Technician to service lottery retail locations, performing installs, removals, maintenance and repairs on telecommunications, POS and vending equipment. You will provide training, troubleshoot issues, and maintain customer relationships while managing service calls in a fast-paced field environment.

Responsibilities include extensive on-site repairs, vehicle and equipment handling, and coordination with the Data Center to ensure timely service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills essential.
• Ability to troubleshoot computer software and hardware technologies.

Responsibilities

• Service lottery retail locations on-site, including installs, removals, maintenance and repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and vehicles and manage service calls.
• Troubleshoot communications within retail locations and document issues to management.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide training to customers as needed.
