Job summary

Scientific Games is seeking a Field Service Technician to service lottery retail locations, performing installs, repairs, relocations, and preventive maintenance on equipment ranging from POS and vending to communication hardware. This client-site role requires travel and strong customer service.

You will train customers, manage service calls, document issues, and work closely with data centers. Must have high school diploma, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, pass background and drug tests, and be

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must pass background check and drug test.
Able to travel overnight if needed.
Able to drive a non-CDL delivery truck.

Responsibilities

Complete scheduled and unscheduled service calls at lottery retailer locations, including installs, removals, and preventive maintenance.
Provide positive customer experience using customer-service and technical skills.
Record service call information and report data communication problems to management.
Diagnose all forms of communication issues within a retail location.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
