Job summary

Scientific Games, LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to service lottery retail locations on-site. You will perform installs, relocations, and preventative maintenance on a variety of equipment, including POS and vending devices, while ensuring a positive customer experience.

The role requires the ability to troubleshoot both software and hardware, provide training to customers, and maintain strong relationships with retailers.

Qualifications

• Education: Must have a high school diploma or equivalency.
• Background check, drug test, and a clean driving record.
• Familiarity with MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and basic computer troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Service client sites for lottery retail locations, performing installs, relocations, and preventative maintenance.
• Repair and troubleshoot equipment including terminals, communications gear and peripherals.
• Provide training and ongoing support to customers to maximize product value.
• Record service call details and report issues to management; communicate solutions to customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Possess flexibility for weekend, holiday, or after-hours work as needed.
